Ok, I wanted to set some ground rules here. We’ve seen it all. “Online Magic”, “Software that build thousands of pages”, “Automate Wordpress”… Did anything of that worked for you? It NEVER worked for me. At least not in the last 5 years. Long gone are the days when I used to set up the script that built 1000 randomized pages in minute, bought 20 domain names and made money. Ok, let’s be honest, I did it and it was plain simple and stupid. I had to try. Every person who is human enough would try it, and I didn’t resist. It maybe worked long time ago, but then Google people found more time to devote to these cases and voila. The junk went down the sewer, where it belongs.

I remember the days when you searched for some very competitive keywords and you could see nothing else but junk useless sites aimed to sell, without a bit of useful and relevant information. Google got better. I am glad it did. And although it was much easier to make quick buck online 10 or 5 years ago, I like the game much more today. Am I a masochist? No, I am not. I like to compete. And today, more than ever I feel I am offering something useful to all people who visit my sites. And that feels good. Of course, I still like being paid, and still serving ads on my sites. But I get returning visitors. That is the key here. You need to offer something to get something. In the long run that is the key to long term online marketing success.

So don’t just copy/paste folks. It’s 2008. Be creative. Do all things with love, and it will pay off. I guarantee.
